My Bio

Allen has been a part of the triangle community since 2016. He grew up in sunny San Diego, California where he spent most of adolescent years playing sports and eating delicious Mexican food. Allen would later earn a football scholarship to attend Washington State University in Pullman, WA, where he played running back. After earning his Undergraduate degree, Allen was hired by the University Athletics Academic Department, as an Academic Advisor. It was during this time he continued his education and obtained his Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration. Upon completion of his Master’s degree, Allen moved back to his hometown of San Diego, where he continued his professional career in Higher Education.

After dedicating 10 years mentoring, tutoring, advising, developing, working with and facilitating relationships between university administration and hundreds of students, etc., Allen decided it was time for the next chapter in his life and decided to move to Raleigh, North Carolina. Since his relocation to Raleigh, Allen has fallen in love with the smaller but homelike feel of the area and is excited that he and his family made the decision move across country.

In addition to Allen’s great smile and fun loving personality, his years of customer service, advising, facilitating communication between various departments, extreme attention to details, organization, emotional intelligence and professionalism, has well prepared him for the ever changing market of Real Estate and working with its very eclectic demographics. He is committed to helping others list their homes appropriately and/or buying the right home for their family. Allen understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions that many will make in their lifetime and he has the expertise to help you arrive one step closer to living out your dreams.
