Jayco Construction

Jayco Construction is a custom builder in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle, working in Raleigh and Wake Forest. Who is Jayco Construction?

Jayco Construction Company, LLC is a Raleigh builder and renovator founded in 1996 by Jefferson M. "Jay" Guilford Jr., who still owns and manages it and serves as its licensed qualifier. Susy Guilford works alongside him as office manager and marketing adviser, according to the Jayco About page. The company builds new homes, takes on whole-house renovations and handles custom remodeling, with much of its work in Raleigh, Wake Forest and Cary.

One point of confusion: a different company, Jayco Construction Inc., operates in Waynesville in western North Carolina. It is not connected to the Raleigh firm on this page.
