Who is Total Construction Solutions?
Total Construction Solutions, Inc. (TCS) is an Apex general contractor that remodels homes and builds custom homes. Barbara Anne Eagles founded the company in 2004 and is its owner and president (About TCS). That gives TCS more than 20 years in the Triangle. The company still publishes news on its site, most recently in September 2026 (TCS in the News).

What Total Construction Solutions builds
- Custom homes and new-home construction (custom homes page)
- Whole-home remodeling
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Attics, basements, porches, decks and additions
TCS works with a network of subcontractors, as its own testimonials page describes. It does not self-perform every trade.

Most of these awards are remodeling awards. If you are hiring TCS for a new custom home, ask specifically about its new-construction work.
