27519 is the part of Cary closest to Research Triangle Park and RDU, and a neighborhood built here in the late 1990s was positioned before the corridor filled in. Thirty years later that location is the asset — the surrounding retail, schools and road network all arrived after these homes did.
A Five-Year Build Window
Homes here went up across five years rather than one, which means construction details vary between the earliest and latest houses on the street. That matters at inspection: two homes a block apart can have different window systems, different HVAC vintages and different roof ages despite looking identical from the road.
Devereaux or Coventry Woods?
Coventry Woods is the other established west Cary neighborhood of this vintage on the market, with slightly larger homes in a tighter size band. Devereaux runs a little smaller and a little more varied. Same town, same era — at this age you are choosing a house, not a neighborhood, so see both.
