Elton Ange and Elton "Rusty" Ange III co-founded the company in 1995, and Rusty Ange is CEO today, according to the company’s About page. The legal entity is Ange Construction Company. The firm builds custom homes across the Cary and Raleigh area, develops its own subdivisions in Youngsville and Wendell, and currently offers waterfront homes in Wrightsville Beach.
