The Jordan Built Story
JordanBuilt Homes was a builder based at 201 Forest Drive in Knightdale, led by CEO Mike Jordan. It was a volume builder, not a Cary custom builder: in 2009 it closed 76 homes (45 detached, 31 attached). It has no recorded new-home activity in the Triangle MLS since 2017.
