Braemore is a single street of serious houses — 60 home sites on Bolton Grant Drive in west Cary's 27519, built by Ashton Woods as their first Cary neighborhood starting in 2014. Groceries and restaurants sit minutes away in the west Cary corridor, and NC-540 puts The Streets at Southpoint about 15 minutes out. This is the part of Cary where errands stopped requiring a plan sometime around 2018.

Wake County Assignments
Braemore addresses feed Wake County schools — Alston Ridge Elementary and Panther Creek High, with middle-school assignment split in recent years between Mills Park and West Cary. Wake County re-draws lines more often than people expect; my team and I verify the current base assignment on any address before you commit to it.
The Commute Math
From Braemore: 15 minutes to Research Triangle Park, 17 to RDU Airport, about 30 to downtown Raleigh. NC-540 access is the multiplier — the whole Triangle opens up from this corner of Cary.
