Who is Superior Custom Builders?
Superior Custom Builders (Superior Custom Builders Inc) is a Wake Forest custom home builder owned by Grant K. Nichols. The company grew out of Grant Nichols' cabinetry business, and its about page says he has more than 30 years of construction experience. It does not publish a founding year.
The builder works across the greater Triangle, with most of its documented communities in Wake Forest, Franklinton and Youngsville, plus projects at Lake Gaston. Superior does have a working website.
