Brightleaf

Brightleaf sits in east Durham's 27703, one of the strongest growth corridors in the Triangle. I send a lot of relocating buyers this way for a simple reason: you get newer construction and real neighborhood amenities at a price point that still makes sense, minutes from Brier Creek and the RTP employment base.

Getting Around

US-70 and I-540 do the heavy lifting here. RDU airport and Brier Creek's shopping are a short drive, Research Triangle Park commutes run against traffic, and downtown Durham is about 20 minutes when you want Bulls games and the restaurant scene.

The Neighborhood

Streets like Creighton Hall Way, Eagle Lodge Lane, and Flat River Drive wind through a community built with sidewalks, green space, and room to grow. The housing mix skews single-family with a range of sizes, which means first-time buyers and move-up buyers both find footing here - something I can't say about every east Durham neighborhood.

Why I Like It

27703 keeps outperforming because it sits between two job engines - RTP and Brier Creek - without carrying their price tags. Check the live listings below, and if one looks right, I'll set up a showing.
